Excellent service did what I wanted and happy with cut and color very nice lady no complaints there deco is not as u would expect but they did save me money didnt push to upset like most salons so could be a 4 and 1/2 stars easily hard to find a better place in neb to get better service

Listen to the negative reviews on here and Facebook. They are very unprofessional, and it’s not a welcoming environment. Every time, they seemed irritated and annoyed with their customers as they were leaving. I was a walk-in, and now I understand why they weren't busy. They are not welcoming or friendly. I got a pedicure today and asked for a simple heart design on one toe. The daughter, who is the only one who can do the art designs, started the design and then very rudly refused to finish the design. It's upsetting knowing that you saved up to get your nails done, and then it's very unprofessional and not finished. There was an exchange of words amongst them, and then she called the police saying I was refusing to pay. They didn't even finish my pedicure, and my legs were still wrapped with warm towels. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I will not be going back, and I suggest you find another place to get a pedicure and your nails done.

I’ve been going here for a couple years but it’s time to find another place. I can no longer tolerate the unprofessionalism. They do a great job however it’s not a welcoming environment. Every time they seem irritated and annoyed with their customers. They are not welcoming or friendly. I got a pedicure last week and asked for a simple daisy design on one toe. The daughter, who is only one who can do the art designs, refused to do a design. I was very irritated. There was an exchange of words amongst them and then she reluctantly did the design. It was an uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, this is about my normal experience at this place. I will not be going back.Service: Pedicure

Not friendly and mean. Very rough with pedicures and don’t even say thank you when you pay and give tip. Go to Susan’s!

Don't go if you're looking for a basic service. They only want to make that money. I asked for a.basic pedicure and they told.me.they were closed, before 5, and there was a lady there getting her nails.done plus two nail techs with no customers.Service: Pedicure

The dip with tips was good, nothing fantastic, however I would go back for that. The pedicure on the other hand...I asked for trimming of the nails and he got mad at my request and starting speaking loudly with his coworkers pointing at my toes. He was very rude with all his movements after that.I will never go back for a pedicure.Services: Pedicure

Love it here! They are fast but still polite and thorough, they listen to what you want and will ask questions and I have never felt rushed in any way nor have i ever had to wait, plus you can book through FB, which is perfect for me. Would highly recommend to anyone!
