Very unprofessional shop and very rude owner (the owner is also a liar). I had my lower radiator hose replaced there which they charged me over $400. However they put the new one in backwards, which caused my car to breakdown within 35 miles after they “fixed” it. When I called the shop to dispute the transaction the owner Jill was very rude, he refused to work with me and hung up the phone on me. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Edits after the owner’s nonsense-
Another shop I went to in North Platte after my car broke down again because this shop Gator Road Repair put the radiator hose in backwards charged me way less and even fixed the fan for me (Gator Road Repair told me they could not help me with that).
Not just very unprofessional and rude, the owner is also a liar. “Received complaints about me and my friends tearing around town” is definitely nonsense since there’s literally nothing to do in that town and the only things me and my friends did were staying at the campsite, going to gas station, and going to the McDonald’s before they “fixed” my car. And right after they “fixed” my car we immediately left that town so there was definitely no “tearing around town” but guess what GATOR ROAD REPAIR PUT IN A LOWER RADIATOR HOSE BACKWARDS!! They told me how they “fixed” it would keep us going til Denver, however they “kept us going” for less than 35 miles before I had to get my car towed to a shop in North Platte.

I do not recommend going to this repair shop or will not send anyone here. I needed some repairs done to my pickup. It needed a steering tube replaced and alignment done and it was all going to be covered under warranty. When it was done I picked it up and wanted to see how the alignment was. Let's just say it was not done at all. Took it back to them and they said yes everything was good with it. I then took it to T.O. Hass in Lexington and asked them to look at the alignment and it was off .095. I will NOT be going back to Gator Road Repair. They will charge you for stuff they didn't do.

Gator Road has been a positive for me and my family. Easy to work with and they are very thorough with their communication for someone who is not mechanically inclined.

The guys squeezed my daughter’s car in on a Saturday morning diagnosed the issue and repaired it that day so that see could get back to school in Chadron. The cost was reasonable and no extra charge for the Saturday work.Thanks Jill, John and Konner getting this doneBob

I wish it was a button here for the shop and the office. I feel this situation was very racially motivated if I had listened to other people, I would have never taken my car here.I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I will no longer refer people here when they ask for a shop close to Cozad.

After seeing how comfortable they are with pulling out in front of traffic with their business name across the back of their pickup window I can confidently say I’d call someone from out of town even if I was sitting in front of their shop needing a tire. If you’re in the line of work that relies on us trucks to give you business don’t drive dumb around us and expect business from us that are relatively local.

We were traveling back to Colorado when our truck started acting up leaving us stranded I called all other shops around and no one had time to help us out except them I called them and they were there within minutes working on our truck thanks to them we were on our way back home I couldn't be more pleased with the service
