“My name is Marina Valmont. I work for the Naked News TV station. I was in town to interview Michael Fulkerson about his books music and movies. Anyway I asked him where is a good place to get gas? He said Ampride on hwy 30. And to leave a review. I was greeted with a smile. Place is clean and orderly. I bought a soda on our way out after a full tank.”

“Very friendly personnel! It’s not a big Truck Stop, but they have the necessities. Not much hot/cold on-the-go foods, but they have a Chester’s chicken inside. The sign out side says theres a God Father pizza, but that must’ve closed. Snacks & drinks, coffee. Nice, clean & quiet lot, looks to fit maybe 25-30 trucks. Women’s bathroom is a lil eek, but otherwise good place. Would definitely stop in again or overnight. Only unfortunate thing for us was they don’t accept our gas card.
