Best service I've ever had at a post office. Folks there have gone above and beyond for me while sending sensitive documents, carefully explaining each option for my understanding. Really reassuring especially regarding IRS forms.

Garbage!! They lie to their PO Box holders. Went in there trying to renew my box for months...but no "payment slip" was in my PO Box. Go to check it...it's locked and they say I have to pay a late fee even after going in there multiple times trying to renew. Ridiculous. The front clerk responded "it's happened to about 50 people...our slip lady doesn't stay on top of" WTF?!?! How is that my problem?!?! Somebody needs to be fired at that location if not EVERYBODY. DISGUSTED. Tarisa the manager at this location is a joke and doesn't deserve to be in management at all.

Went to mail a package today. The facility is dirty (floor, counter), including the pin pad, which looked like it hadn't been disinfected in a very long time. Staff person was unresponsive to a request for a wipe and/or disinfectant. #itsstillapandemic

The lady that was working this morning was AMAZING ! Quick and super helpful and one of the only pleasant post office workers I have ever talked to.

This is a little old school post office location. There is no parking lot but only street parking. They don't have a drop of sleeve for packages so they were all piled up in their lobby

This place is amazing! Friendly staff and obviously it's busy, it's a post office. They can't control the flow of people, so all the reviews talking about poor Covid protocols, go elsewhere to ship.

I've always had pretty good experiences with this post office. But for the past 4 months, I've had bills lost in the mail each month. Obviously, this makes me look bad with creditors. I don't know what's going on, but these guys are really starting to piss me off!

USPS service has gotten to the point of being called terrible. Packages are being shipped & sitting for hours & days stuck at a facility. I have shipped thousands of packages with these guys and over the last two years the service has gotten shittier & shittier. If you want your packages shipped promptly & at better rates, ship with Fed Ex or UPS. Fraction of the cost, in a fraction of the time but with no worry. Defund USPS

Felt really unsafe here today. No social distancing and way too many people in the small service area. I only stopped to mail a book to a family member who has Covid, people on top of each other and found myself in a very unsafe situation. Crowd management needed.

I actually like this post office in general, although I wish they had an APS machine. Everyone is always nice, especially Linda. When I went in today, however, some SUPER RUDE man named James was yelling for Linda (who I'm assuming, was returning from lunch). He also snapped at her when she got to her station. I don't CARE if there's Covid, there was no reason for James to make me and several other customers feel uncomfortable, by being rude to Linda. Do BETTER James. Geeeeeeesh...

This place is unbelievably rude. I went here today and was in line when a woman came out directing people and asking what we were there for. She never once told me I was in the "wrong line". Then I had a bunch of people trying to cut me and the lady upfront clearly saw I was waiting but decided to allow 2 people to cut me. I finally took a stand for myself and then she gave me a major attitude. These people that work here should be fired! I will never step foot in this hell hole again. To the management team - you need some serious training on how not to be rude and abusive to customers.
