Was left of hold for about 30 minutes. Hung up called back to find the “user is busy”. At the very least give the customer common courtesy of updating them for a 30 minute wait. Who’s the Post Master at this location? Based on the reviews, you should be kinda concerned and embarrassed by the agents at your Post as a direct reflection of its principal.

The automated call service does an outstanding job at being unhelpful, time consuming and ultimately a complete waste of time and effort. No one should have to spend 20 minutes dealing with an automated service (5 minutes of that was telling me why I should complete a survey at the end of the call) just to be told there's an hour plus wait time to speak with a representative. My location is new and hasn't received mail in the three or so years it's been here and I just wanted to look into fixing that. We pay for this inconsideration, receive poor service and that is unacceptable. Disappointing, shameful, rediculous.
