No longer part of king soopers - couldn't use my discount. I also had to go inside to pay for gas because the screens at the pumps were outdated or not working very well. The staff were very nice, though.

I go to this store daily. Most employees are friendly and helpful but the guy with the longer hair that usually works during the day needs to learn some customer service. When you make a mistake don’t blame it on the customer and act rude. Just fix the mistake and shut your mouth if you can’t say anything nice.

Waited in line for single bathroom after buying gas. Only to find out there are no baby changing tables in bathroom. There should be signage to that degree on outside of bathroom door if they are going to choose not.to be a family friendly gas station. Ill pay for my gas.elsewhere where they are considerate to family needs.

My gf and I and her kids battery died after pumping gas so I asked if one of the two guys could help jump us off because we had jumper cables and I work at o Reillys so neither of them would have to do anything but use their car to jump us. One said sorry didn’t drive my car today, ok understandable the other one said I’m too busy. Needless to say I will never get gas or anything from this store ever again. Very poor customer service at ur finest

The store is somewhat clean. Bathrooms could definitely use work or even cleaned. The items are somewhat organized well. Good price on the items. I would give it 5 stars but the customer service isn't that great. You can tell that the people that work there treat it as only a gas station job. They dont want to help with anything. I love loaf and jug. I would recommend this place but be prepared, not the best service.

Last week Friday I went to the store around midnight overnight employee was there counting the register but had the lights on but Doors where locked no paper on the Doir explaining why they were closed that night. If Loaf N Jug is open 24 hours then why have the Doors locked this has happened more than onece.thats why I really dont bother going there because you don't know if they're going to be open or if they're going to be closed for the night. The staff is not all that good but somewhat friendly and sometimes the store smells like sewage backup.Dont go to Loaf N Jug if you dont have to I suggest Maverick in Scottsbluff.

I love loaf n jug. I've been a regular for over two years now. Everyone is kind and helpful and prices are reasonable. Located right on main street and near residential areas. I plan to keep giving loaf n jug my service for a while
