I can’t say enough about the quality and care you will receive when going to butch’s !! Whether it’s your first time owning a travel trailer or you consider yourself a master butch will be able to assist you and probably teach you a few things along the way! Very polite very organized and tons or parts and accessories to keep you going. I really hope anyone reading this gets to experience how professional and courteous this business is I was in a hurry grabbed the wrong fitting completely my fault I turned around and butch happily replaced it for the correct one with a meaningful have a great rest of your day!!! and I was on my way and I was upset due to having to make the repair his kindness turned my attitude right around not once making me feel incompetent truly happy to do business here and I know I will be back for any and all of my rv needs it’s worth driving from any surrounding areas as you will not find this great of a shop just anywhere. Keep it up and thanks again

Butch is very easy to talk to and provides good information at the time of dropping off. He has lots of parts available to purchase in his shop too. We were able to get my father's RV in with short notice.

Butch the owner is a very nice guy with lots of knowledge. But there is more work than he can handle. Plan far ahead if you want to get any work done here. I think that's the case with any RV repair around right now. He does have lots of supplies for fixing stuff yourself. Generous with generous with knowledge.

This guy said he could fix my furnace. Told me to bring the camper monday the 27th of may. I had to call him back as it was a holiday. We didnt think he would be working. So we dropped it off the friday before. He never gave us any time frame. We had 2 weeks we figured no worries. He had it all the next week and into the following week. We never heard from him so went to his business. He had another camper there, now supposedly 4 ahead of us. So he still hadnt fixed the 3 he had in his shop plus brought in another one and told us he couldnt say when he could get to ours. My main problem is its my home. Where am i supposed to go while i wait weeks with no word or any repairs in sight. I would NOT recommend this place.
