“Excellent experience with the staff. Called 2 hours prior to coming in to look at the bike. When I got there it was at the front with a hold sign on it. I really appreciated that. The pictures on the website didn’t do it justice and the website is excellent. Didn’t feel like I need to haggle over the price it was already a great deal. Purchased the bike and the gentleman helped me load it into my pickup. Paperwork work was fast and simple. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Thank you for a great experience.”

“Our RV broke down between Scottsbluff and Rapid City and Russells transmission in Scottsbluff said they could fix our RV so we got it towed and they began working on it the next day. The staff was very helpful at Russel’s and also informative on what they were ordering. I was very thankful that we were able to have our RV repaired in a town, you could say small town, where the owner was present and accessible. Once again, great service from Russel’s transmission.”
“After my 2003 Toyota Camry lost its water pump, it got driven without water until the top of the radiator blew off. Robert took a look at it and explained the order in which he would plan to fix it to see if just those two things were wrong or if larger problems may also have happened (head gasket, cracked engine block). He communicated the timing and potential costs and let me know at a certain point he wouldn’t recommend spending any more to repair.
He made the first repair and called me to update and confirm I wanted to move forward with the second. After the second, he called to confirm it seemed to be OK after driving it under stress. He then checked it the next morning to be sure.
I was able to pick it up and drive 1300 miles over two days including mountains with no issues. I would highly recommend Auto Wizard for any repairs. They had great communication, reasonable pricing, and delivered on their promises.”
“I spilled a peanut butter milkshake in my Jeep in the heat of summer and the smell was awful! Denny did an amazing job cleaning it all including shampooing all the carpets and disassembling the interior parts that had milkshake leak into it. And spent extra time with the Ozone getting the smell to go away. I would highly recommend this business!”

Whether it’s your first time owning a travel trailer or you consider yourself a master butch will be able to assist you and probably teach you a few things along the way! Very polite very organized and tons or parts and accessories to keep you going. I really hope anyone reading this gets to experience how professional and courteous this business is I was in a hurry grabbed the wrong fitting completely my fault I turned around and butch happily replaced it for the correct one with a meaningful have a great rest of your day!!! and I was on my way and I was upset due to having to make the repair his kindness turned my attitude right around not once making me feel incompetent truly happy to do business here and I know I will be back for any and all of my rv needs it’s worth driving from any surrounding areas as you will not find this great of a shop just anywhere.
