Had a really nice carrier a couple years ago would always talk then started getting someone else. Started getting mail that isn't ours and now I haven't recieved any mail. Called multiple times, pretty sure I spoke to the same people and still having trouble receiving mail!

Cody claims to be a supervisor wants to refuse helping customers, doesn’t want to help locate a package that’s been out for delivery for 2 days. Won’t let me go to there and pick it up, and claims it’s hazardous to deliver mail. I can provide a picture of my driveway and walk way, nothing hazardous there. All been scooped and salt put down no chance of the lady falling. The post lady who delivers is just pure lazy. She has done this before in the spring saying it’s hazardous because she don’t want to walk to put the package in my porch since it won’t fit in mailbox. If it doesn’t fit in my mailbox I have not but issues getting it because some is lazy. Tired of this post office being lazy and rude. Cody is very unprofessional rude “supervisor” who likes to laugh at you when they are too lazy to help locate a package.

My experience your website won't even find a post office in fremont ne it says there's a web site on google for fremont but u click on it and get nothing useless garbage and people

Today it was that's taken a little bit longer they only have 1 person and And the holidays More staff that's for sure. I just needed two stamps.

Lost my package, created several support tickets and they kept saying it was delivered without any actual proof. Spent a week trying to figure it out, they said they’d call me and never did. I don’t think I am ever going to get it.

ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED, slowest postal line you can find. Passport services in omaha routing omaha residence to Fremont for passports has made it EVEN WORSE. A post office sized for a community is now overflowing with other city's traffic.

If i could leave a negative star review, i would. 1000 times over. The lady who "helped" (not helpful at all) me was so mind bogglingly rude to me, my sister, & her newborn baby. Upon our friendly "hello!", we were greeted with rolling eyes & a heavy sigh. Needless to say, we were turned away almost immediately from our APPOINTMENT which we had made, after driving 45 minutes with a newborn. If you have the opportunity to avoid this post office, please do at all costs. So rude, & ITS THE FRICKIN CHRISTMAS SEASON!!!!!!

If I could give this post office five THUMBS DOWN I would. The woman here (middle age gray brown shoulder length hair and a MISERABLE face) was the absolute rudest human being I've encountered in a place of service. I drove in an hour to get my passport and was immediately met by her eye rolling and extremely negative attitude. She then proceeded to DENY me my appointment out of pure laziness, apparently incapable of doing her job. Another customer (a woman who seems to come here often) informed me that she is always this awful and rude and she can't imagine how she's kept her job. Shame on this establishment for keeping her staffed.

This post office is great it’s nice to have 24 hour access to my PO Box. I like all of the members of the staff who service the mail counter there are a couple that are generally friendlier than others but overall I can’t complain. I wish they had longer hours to service my needs. There’s a lot of reviews about the mail carriers around town which I have to agree with that I often have misdelivered mail disappearing mail and lost packages that I’ve never recovered and they’re not too good about going on the hunt for them but overall I’m still giving them five stars because it’s the post office in general and the services there that I’m reviewing

Not once, not twice, but three times had my package delivered to someone else, and when I call to see what can be done to fix this issue the person who answers the phone says we will send a carrier out to get it and hangs up on me. Doesn't even try to fix the underlying issue. When the carrier does bring it to my address they just chuck it at my door and walk away.
