Needed to get a battery, went in, purchased, and they installed it in a jiffy. Great customer service. The so called " Advanced" competition down the street was horrific. Your team actually answered a few questions and were respectful and helpful. The competition needs " Advanced " training in smiling and customer service. Guy was a huge Richard there. Will only get automotive things here moving forward!

I went to get spark plugs and spark plug wires and I had a worker that would not listen to me on what I wanted so he would only sell me the most expensive parts. So I suggest if you go there don't work with a guy named Kenny. Cause later I called and talked to another person there and he said that the parts that I wanted was there. So be careful if you deal with this sales associate.

Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. They are not mechanics as they just sell parts, etc., but a few of the workers are very knowledgeable and experienced. There is always someone to help out. I buy most all of my parts here.

Workers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! They always greet you when you walk in. If you ask a question about where something is they take you right to it. If you need advice on something car related they are happy to give their advice to you. Their prices are great too!

Finally found what I was looking for. I had been to 4 different auto parts stores and no one knew what I was looking for( door ding gaurds) went in and the young guy knew exactly what I was looking for.

Terrible experience, I recently went here with my son. To pick up a spark plug, I ask one of the employees who has brown hair if they sell any here. I dont know much about cars and he told me to screw off, I said "excuse me?" he responded with, if you dont know about car parts dont ask. I thought he was joking at first, I then fake laughed and said. Okay buddy, wheres the spark plugs actually. He flipped me, I tried to contain myself in front of my son. And asked for his manager, a guy named john or matt comes, I cant remember it happened so fast, he makes up a fake story about me, Manager asks me to leave the store. So I just listen so i dont start any further trouble, employee then comes up to me and insults my son, and i just ignore it. Im never going to this oreily ever again. (putting 5 stars so this gets recongized)
