EXTREMELY rude and wouldnt even get off the phone long enough to even discuss anything with us. Told us if we didnt have $1500 down he wasnt going to help us. Well I definitely had that but after the way he treated us I wasnt going to even consider give this place my business. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've referred a lot of people here but after today, I'll never think twice about stopping here and I'll refer people to tailgate motors. They were over the top happy to help and I was able to drive home a GOOD used vehicle for a VERY reasonable price.

WORST EVER Bought this car even though i knew was paying way to much for it. Had no choice at the time. Had the car a week the brakes went out took it back they charged me 400.00 to fix them then after having nothing but problems with this car and seeing cars along side the road broke down with his logo on them i did a car fax report on the car. It was totaled and the mileage was tampered with. I ended up getting my money back but wasn't easy NEVER NEVER go there! He will lie and rip you off even chance he gets

If I could give less than a one star review I would. I bought my car here 4 months ago and was told it had a brand new battery and brand new breaks and rotors. Lies!! My husband had to buy breaks and rotors and put them on himself and a new battery. Last month my car decides to shut off completely in the middle of the highway while taking my son to the airport had to get it towed back 20 miles. We now have to replace spark plugs, ignition coils, all timing chains, the head and valves and get new tires. I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I get they are a used car sales place but seriously!!???? Lasts 4 months then I have to pay car payment and insurance on a car I can’t drive. I have 4 kids to get to and from school and sports!!

Well I went there to look at the 2010 gmc they had I was gonna use my 2008 Buick as down payment and yes it have a lot of miles for the year and a messed up fender but that’s an easy fix for a dealership but before even coming I decided to look into the truck they bought it for 8,000 selling for 11k which understandable it’s a denali so I took it for a test drive drove well no check engine light but the problem was that there was rust everywhere and the interior was stained dash was cracked so I asked if he could drop the price he laugh and said I can’t do that so I kept saying the problems and he said you can find the same thing anywhere else for more and goes ahead and says he’s a pretty cheap guy. Cheap huh more like a crook because he wanted 4,500 down and well he tells me that even dropping the price wouldn’t change how much HE WANTS not about the customer it’s about him and what he wants. I highly do not recommend coming here bc go to Sid Dillon they will work with you.

Went here with my dad when I got my license. Thought I'd come here because overall my mom and step dad had pretty good experiences. Plus ky dad knows dale. Well, dale asked me what my price was, I said BELOW $5,000. First thing he shows me were SUVs, VERY first words out of his mouth "These are hood for kids! And if you don't have any, a dog!!!" He claims he said it because "most women in their 20's and 30's have kids". Not a good enough excuse. Not all of women in their 20's and 30's have or want kids. I responded with "Better to have a dog than a kid!" I HATE kids more than anything. Do not like them, do not want them. I went over to look at a white 2009 Cadillac DTS that i had seen on their website. He would not discuss anything about it with me, claiming it wasn't fixable. Then he said "I wouldn't get my kid a cadillac." Then he and my dad kept on insisting I take an suv because 1. I drove my grandma's and did fine (doing fine is a driver thing, not the type of vehicle thing) Also, MOST of the vehicles I drover were NOT suvs and I did good in those. And 2. AWD and good gas mileage. I reluctantly agreed because it seems like it was the only type if Vehie I was to have/ look at. The next day I heard from my dad that dale suggested a 2014 black ford escape for $5900. Luckily someone else bought it. Then he asks if I wanted a mini van. The worst vehicle ever. I responded no. Then my fiance went with me on the last day my dad and I went there. I looked at an Infinity and I had some interest in it. But I was turned down because it was "too nice". Then he asked AGAIN if I wanted a mini van. I said "No! No kids!!" Dale responded with "I like them" if so dale, good for you. And real professional how he decided to ask if I wanted a mini van AGAIN. After I said NO the first time! The last straw was a 2008(?) Ford edge. Once again, only agreed because it felt like it was the only Cool it was getting a new transmission, but it would not go into overdrive. I said no to that, and asked my dad for the money so I could go somewhere else. Never going here again. Dale says he'd let me look at whatever vehicle I wanted. If so, why push me to take an suv, ask if I wanted a mini van, twice and refuse to discuss a car I was interested in and let me make the decision if I wanted it or not on my own, why push me away from vehicles for being "too nice"? I hate kids. I hate suvs (And yes I am aware suvs are more than "gOoD 4 KiDz!" These days we do not get much snow anymore. If we do, its more often than not, gone the next day. We had a tornado warning in December.) I hate mini vans. Also, Told my fiance's dad about this, because he asked what had happed to that cadillac I was looking at. He said "Sounds like they were trying to scam you out of more money." While having a wierd look on his face. Honestly it would not surprise me if that were the case. And other people I've told all of this too, especially the "good for kids" thing, all said that was sexist (some of the people that said that was sexist were men too. Like my old Walmart co worker Scott)I do not recommend this place. Especially not to women in their 20's and 30's who don't like or want children.Forgot to mention: Dale wanted to sell me a car that did not/was not going to have any issues later down the line... fine but, ALL CARS ARE GOING TO HAVE ISSUES LATER DOWN THE LINE. Almost like he thought I would not know cars have issues or will get issues later.

Offered way to little money for our Truck. Had no clue how it ran and hadn't even started it before he said it had a bad engine. It was an insult for a truck we have 10,000 in he offered less than 2000. We have more in tires and rims than that.

Slezzy place. Rude. Called at 1230pm and asked if they had a particular car that was on their website. They said they did! I told them I was coming from Omaha to look at it since I saw it into he website I wanted to make sure it was still there. They said "great! It's here, come on down". I drive the hour, walk in and tell them who I was and what I was there to look at. They say "oh just sold it". I explained about the call and He smirked and said "not much I can do about that" Bait and switch. typical underhanded dealer. Stay away at all cost.
