This station is always clean and stocked. Cashiers are all friendly and knowledgeable. Food is good also.

We come into this store almost everyday. Most associates behind the counter are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. But, there are two that act like they are put out. These two definitely need some coaching.

The employees here are the best people, especially in pharmacy. I don't know what kind of training they go through to deal with people, but they are the most patient, kind, helpful people I've met. I've seen people pretty upset that they have to deal with, and they never lose their cool and just keep being as helpful as possible.

HY-VEE Aisles Online SUCKS!!!! I placed a simple order for my sister last night. They delivered it today. i ordered 7 peaches....she got 1. I ordered a POUND of small white potatoes, she got ONE potato!!! They asked about substituting her orange juice. I said that was fine. Ordered 2.... she got NONE!!! WTH??!!!

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband on April 19 to be picked up on April 24th. When a showed up the worker behind the counter looked for awhile, then came and asked me if it had to be refrigerated. I told him I don’t know. He looked for a little bit longer and said a record of the cake. No apology or anything. Today I called and spoke to a manager, he apologized and said sometimes we have careless kids working. Very disappointed with the whole experience! Will not be ordering a cake from them again.
