honestly I do not like their pharmacy cause they do not got their act together and they will not fully give you the prescription and they will make you wait for more than an hour. And the cashiers are very rude here. other than that I don't mind getting groceries here.

Very slow service over 24 hrs to fill a script I just picked up one yesterday that was sent in a month ago and they just filled it! Do not recommend this pharmacy will no longer use this pharmacy !

We went to pick up a prescription and had a very unfriendly clerk by the window..No hi, bye, thank you or what ever..Was never treated like that before in the pharmacy..We were not happy with her attitude..

Every time we come here they never have anything ready or cannot read a script. I have given so many chances but when I had an order that said ready I come in it’s not ready I’m a little ticked off. This place save your energy and go somewhere else.

Produce department over the past two or more years has declined significantly. Green leafy items are yellow on the edges; very over ripe fruits haven't been removed or rotated; bins have been almost empty, etc. I like most other products at the store and the coupons I receive geared to my purchases are great. It has become so bad that I now buy my produce elsewhere.

The people here are always so nice. I never have to wait around. If I ever have to wait, I can shop a lil and get everything I need. Always helps with the texts when my prescriptions are ready as well. Plus it is close by. Love it. Been using them for a few years now.

They need to do better with their online coupons. Had to coupon for pick up it did not take off. When I went into customer service they told me that it did not look like a their normal coupons and would not honor it. Talked to a manager who said he would get back to me within a couple days and haven't heard from him a week later. Very disappointed in how they Handled this

There is nothing more irritating than doing a big shopping trip to Bakers & there isnt not one dam cashier or lane open it's all do it yourself with thier slow annoying self service machines that stop u to call an attendant every other item u scan...if I wanted to check out & bag the s*** myself I'd work there & be PAID!! I'm not lazy by any means but theres no doubt these cashiers are these days!! The price of food in general is high & now you expect I not only pay ur high price food items I need but work for u doing a job that should be a common courtesy by the company as it had always been before the company got greedy & lazy.

Best pharmacy in town. If you live in Fremont, I highly recommend you go to Baker's for your prescriptions. Plus, it helps you save money on gas with your Baker’s card! They have amazing customer service, and if you use the Rx app, you normally get a good discount there, too.

bought meat from them, when we went to use the meat it was rotten. called the store and who ever said they were the manager said to bring it in and they'll replace it. when I arrived the store manager, (the rudest person I have ever spoke to) says no returns and its not his problem. Said he doesn't care that I am out the food and money. didnt apologize just simply doesn't care.

Anyone else use bakers pharmacy? Anyone notice a serious decline in customer service? Took me 4 trips to get 2 meds filled, one of them was filled with the incorrect form of the med...when I called, the pharmacist told me that it's the same med, it just takes longer for it to work vs the sublingual form. Um no, I mean you are partially correct but do you think the dr wrote for sublingual for a freaking reason??? Then the other med, I had to pay 4X's the price because they co

I like Bakers for their organic products. The produce lasts much longer after taking them home than from other grocery stores. The other products are a little higher in price. Good sales though.
