Clients praise Dr. Marcum's patience, expertise, and responsiveness, even after-hours. While the building is not handicap accessible, with steep steps, the clinic is known for providing excellent care, especially for animals that have experienced abuse.

    Couldn't agree more with the positive comments about Dr. Marcum! The thing that stands out most to me is how patient she is with all of our questions. She never even remotely seems annoyed or in a hurry. When our cat was there for a month, she'd answer our texts after hours right away with detailed updates and pictures.... read full comment
