came in for a pedicure about a month ago, sat us in dirty chairs with dirty towels, tried to say something but got ignored every time, and now dealing some type of toe nail fungus, will never return. terrible service & dirty place. Do NOT Recommend.

I was excited to come here, a good friend of my mom’s recommended the salon. I am from out of town, and rarely get my nails done but wanted to splurge because I had FINALLY managed to grow my natural nails out.
I specifically asked if it was possible to find a matching light lavender dip for my fingernails and gel polish for my toenails. They said yes and rushed me into a chair. We found a pretty good match and I was excited. I filed my nails to the desired shape before I came (a very natural round shape) and asked to keep the same shape and requested that my nails be filed in a natural rounded shape if needed, to match the way they already looked. The color looks great, but my nail tech filed them down, then shaped them to be as square as possible, which took away all of the length I was so happy about and made them a shape that I don’t like. I have two fingers that are totally not even, photo added of the worst. They don’t look bad, but it was the opposite of what I requested.
For my toes I selected a gel polish that was closest to the dip color, then my nail tech brought over a different color after my manicure that he thought was slightly closer. I said that looks great, not realizing it was regular polish, not a gel color. Then they asked if I wanted shellac and I said no, I was hoping for the matching gel color. So my pedi that I thought would be gel ended up being a regular polish pedi. I did a spa pedicure that said it included a massage, but my tech just sort of lightly ran her hands over my calves for a couple of minutes after the scrub till the timer went off, no massage involved. Also, there was no real exfoliation… my feet are still rough in all of the same places. Smooth, soft feet is the main reason I wanted a pedi.
Overall everyone was nice and it wasn’t a bad experience, I just didn’t get what I asked for. Regulars seemed like they were getting EXACTLY what they wanted, I think I was just the random customer who slipped through the cracks, which happens! I was mostly disappointed because I had saved up to splurge and spoil myself and didn’t end up with what I was hoping for.

My nails looked great when I finished. The fingernails didn’t last very long. The toenails have lasted much longer. I was disappointed that the fingernails did not last longer, but they looked great, and the actual experience of the manicure and pedicure was very positive.

came in for a pedicure sat down in the chair things seem to be going well. Asked to have some ingrowns removed the tech agreed, anyways on with the pedicure as he is scrapping my nails for the cuticles he is being very rough to the point he cuts the side of my toe with his tool… not impressed at all he skips right on over removing the ingrowns and when I asked again I am told by another tech maybe you should ask your doctor to do that the State Board won’t let us do that…. well huh the last time I was in here you did do that… I’ll chalk it up to laziness and I will make sure I never return.

This was my first experience here and I’m underwhelmed. The service was friendly and timely, but I wasn’t happy with my finished pedicure. The clear coat of shellac flooded my cuticle and hardened over my toenail and is uneven and messy. Also, the pricing they have shown on the website is out-of-date and the actual price is substantially higher.
