As a loyal customer for almost a decade, I am rewarded by rent increases. As a single parent, single income household, low income earner, I am empathized with by late fees. Guess the owner dont have enough toys in his garage? Im told the same excuse every rich person uses, tax increases. First, of course your taxes increase, your increasing your assets, and assets owned, like land and properties, rise in value! Secondly, you dont charge your customers more, you actually put less in your pocket! Whens enough, enough?!?I have a WHOLE nother long story about how I was denied renting space for my work vehicle, I use daily, by the phone answerer, in their fenced lot.Or how I'm told, again, after I've spent absorbent amounts of money, I cant park my vehicle OUT OF THE WAY and take my Motorcycle for more than a couple hours, God forbid overnight or the whole weekend, so I sold it! Thanks,, that was the one and only thing I had!!

people who own and work here are REALLY GREAT- take my bank card # over the phone to pay my monthly bill fence around storage helps keep people away and out from my storage space

Pros, clean and well kept.Cons, only fenced on three sides. Business practices are questionable. Gave verbal notice three times on my vacating my unit. I was billed two more times, only received a $20.00 deposit refund.

They are very professional and entire lot is well lit a/security cameras. My Dad has a unit in their other lot just a few blocks away which has a gate with entry pin required for access. When Covid-19 hit ALL OF US, I have to admit I got quite a bit behind but I stayed in contact with Megan and her office girls... She told me she did not want to put my stuff to auction or sell it... She worked out a payment plan with me because I was finally working and when I got my stimulus check I just paid it all up and three months in advance. I could have lost everything I owned and my only chance at furnishing the new house for me and my kids when I got back on my feet...Thank you, Meghan!! I'll never forget that!!
