Placed and order an hour and a half before hand I get here right at the hour and a half mark and there just starting the pizzas and I wasn’t the only one having to stand there and wait. the employees were rude and just letting other customers stand at the register for more than 5 minutes before helping them.

I’m really upset about our latest experience at this location. We were told our food would be ready in 40 minutes. Drove 20 minutes just to be told it hadn’t even been put in the oven when we got there 50 minutes after ordering. The guy doing the pizzas is a good employee. But Casey’s if you want repeat customers, hire some more employees so that there isn’t just one person doing pizzas.

Love this store!! The Pizza is awesome!! You can pretty much get anything you need here from a convenient store. The rewards program is well worth signing up for!!

I went in Casey's in falls city, ne and asked if they had a menu of what kinds of pizza they had. The girl just shook her head no at me. She wasn't polite. Just stood there staring. While we were waiting on the pizza she was smiling and laughing with other customers but not us. We like the pizzas but the service isn't always friendly.

I'm very dissatisfied with the employees here. First it say you are required to wear a mask to enter t store, I walk in the cashier has her mask on but pulled down below her chin, I go use the bathroom and it is very clean! I walk up to the kitchen area and neither one of the employees in the kitchen has a mask on & the one employee (in the kitchen) didn't even have her name tag on,( I don't know about the other employee in the kitchen). I am very dissatisfied with the workers working here today. They should follow the guidelines.

Delivery took 1.50 hours when they said it would only be 40min. the pizza way cold. they don't answer there phone gave up calling after 6 times, can you say food poisoning. they only had to drive one block.

I like ordering pizza from here because I actually feel like I got what I paid for and they are delicious pizzas well worth the money and I love the taste of the ingredients they actually taste like real ingredients and not processed and you can joke with most of the employees
