Had a tiny puppy with a limp so we brought her in. They saw us after hours. Everyone was very nice. I feel like we got great service and we are considering leaving our current vet.

We just moved to the area and needed an emergency vet on a Saturday. Spoke to Jordan (vet tech) and she managed in get us in. Great care by Dr Cromer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got our dog to get some much needed rest. Unfortunately, at three am, my dog had a stroke and was in extreme pain. We called again and at 3:30 am, Dr Cromer met us at the clinic where that difficult decision was made. Dr Cromer stayed with us as long as we needed to hold our old girl and say goodbye. Highly recommend this clinic for their care and compassion. Yes, the price was a little high, but well worth it!

Evryone that works there is really nice and helpful. They take really great care of my dogs. The only complaint is they are really expensive and always adding on extra bogus charges like almost $490 for a nuter when i was promised it would be $200. Also when paying with a check expect them to not cash it for 2 weeks. Im always overdrafting because they hold it for too long.

We take all of our dogs here, really appreciate that Dr. Severin spends time with us answering any questions we may have, and he is always gentle with our fur babies. Love the office personnel, they also answer our endless questions, and are patient with us when we know others might be exasperated. ?
