Worked for them for 2 years. Was great until I gave them a 2 week notice the Rod and Eric true colors came out. After being cussed out and made to walk to the airport I will never refer anyone to this company. Not to mention after believing the lease purchase was great, My opinion it's just a scam like the rest. Pulling high dollar military loads getting the same rate as all the rest while Hinz pockets the extra but yet it's supposed to be you're truck you are buying...yeah right

Where do I start??? First off these guys gave me a chance when nobody else would (shout out Eric and Rod). Since I started driving for them I have yet to find something to complain about. Don't get me wrong, like with every job there's good days and there's bad days. The difference at Hinz is they do everything in they're power to try and turn those bad days around for you. The entire crew from dispatch, to shop techs, to mechanics, to safety, to management all work together to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. Every trucking company wants "Good Drivers", but I feel like Hinz digs a little bit deeper and looks into the personal aspects of an individual as well. You could have been driving 40 plus years with absolutely zero bad marks but that doesn't necessarily mean you fit that profile that makes Hinz different. I believe overall atitude has a lot to do with it. Being someone who is accountable and responsible. Going that extra mile to try and solve a problem even though it may fall under someone else's list of responsibilities... these are just some of the qualities I see in the people at Hinz. I could go on and on but the bottom line is Hinz is truly a step above the rest in my eyes, and while being a step above the rest they also help you climb to that next level as well. I really do enjoy it here, and I've made that known time and time again. As long as I'm driving, I will drive for Hinz. Thank you Eric and Rod for the opportunity. This may sound over the top or cliche but the opportunity you gave me has made such an amazing impact on me and my personal life as well. I will forever be grateful for what you guys have done for me.
