They had a large variety of sizes and styles, and everything was high quality. Not cheap but for the quality, the prices were reasonable. “I live 200miles from this store, on visiting Omaha I purchased a jacket and on returning home found security tag on jacket. I contacted the store and spoke to a Ms Kelly a manager , she apologized for the error and made every effort to make it right . She was extremely courteous and helpful. I willalways remember how we were treated at this store and will always shop there when in town. The quality and prices are outstanding and if all management is like Ms Kelly they are a lucky company.”

I do not have enough words to tell you how much of an absolute VIBE this place is but I'll try. From the glittering ceiling lights to the mixed and matched comfy tables and chairs, the art lining the walls, and the plethora of knickknacks, everything about this place is cozy, inviting, and comfortably unique. It feels like a fae stepped into our world, and set up the best little coffee and tea shop.The food is outstanding and made with love,And their tea is so dang good.I ordered some tea to go and the hibiscus was just what I needed today. They even bagged up some of the loose leaf in individual satchels for me!! Such kind service!!They have an incredibly diverse food menu too so you KNOW I'll be back later to try more tasty sandwiches!10/10, would recommend for a cozy morning or afternoon hangout or some quiet time to yourself with up beat fun music.”

“I love this location. It's super spacious, and really well layed out. They offer a smaller variety than what you can find online, but all the major pieces are there. I think UO is a great place to find quirky and unique gifts. Their assortment of clothes fits both my 16yo style, and my millennial style as well.I am big on their extra XX off sale items and they do a good job displaying this on their window fronts. Staffs nice enough, mostly teenagers that leave you alone unless needed. It's on the south face side of Village Pointe so parking is much more convenient.”
“It's a western wear store, so that means three things. One, it smells great inside (leather goods!). Two, it's probably pricier than you're expecting. Three, there's country music playing. There's not much I buy at places like this except the occasional wallet. If I'm here it's usually because I am tagging along with someone else. Employees are all friendly (and, as expected, all dressed in cowboy hats and boots).”

“I just walked out of the cleanest Rue 21 I've ever seen in my life- and I used to work here when the store opened years ago. Greeted upon entry by a fun dressed bright employee wearing mask properly. Saw her give two fragrance samples out to someone she rang up. This place looked photoshopped it was so on point. From candy to Etc. to sale wall- usually the "forgotten zones" - Nothing out of place. Bravo.”
