I am working with two of the physical therapists at the Elkhorn location, and while I have complicated issues because of previous injuries to my back, we are making far better progress than I did at a different physical therapy provider. The therapists are highly qualified, listen well, and have developed a very customized plan to maximize my results. They explain why we are doing what we are doing, and advise me on things I can do at home, and in my everyday life, to continue to see improvement in my situation. I look forward to my sessions, and am truly feeling better with each visit.

Energetic and friendly staff dedicated to getting you well. Difficult to access facility however because there is no automatic door. This is a problem for people using walkers.

My experience here has been as an observer. My wife is doing pt here after a complete knee replacement. Vicky has guided her through a program with excellent results. The exercise routine has been exactly what was needed. Challenging but appropriate. Progress documented and shared with feedback so my wife always knows how she is doing.

From the front desk assistance with insurance to the amazing knowledge of Mike, the therapist, to the friendliness of all the other therapists and patients, I felt right at home and after 2 visits I feel so much better!

Greeted with a smile, Ryan is knowledgeable about my specific needs and a plan to reach obtainable goals. Schedules are very accommodating with a wide range of times. I have experienced a lot of physical therapy services, Rock Valley Elkhorn is at the top.

Vicki and Rj are great to work with! The level of care is dictated by what the patient needs and not the bottom line of the practice. Rock Valley is not in our health insurance network and I prefer to use them because of level of care. The front office staff is also amazing! You are not simply a "number" to them and this is very important!

When I first called about getting an appointment the person I spoke to was very helpful and checked into my insurance for me. She understood my problem and gave me the name of a therapist she thought could help me. I am now seeing a therapist three times a week and have had significant improvement with my pain. The women who have worked with me have understood my limitations due to my age and are very encouraging.
