Outdated facilities. Difficulty with insurance coverage. Nurse obviously had a cold as she was sniffling and sneezed several times during the checkup. Took three tries to draw blood. Doctor was forgetful and asked same questions multiple times.

Never had a bad experience. Recently had a DVT blood clot. I explained to Dr. Fitz that I didn't have health and he was awesome enough to hook me up with some free samples. $800 plus a month for Xarelto being uninsured was way out of my price range. This reminds me, I should set up a follow up visit.

This office has by far the most caring doctors and workers of any office I have to deal with. Especially the girls who work with the doctors. They are smart, hard working and go the extra mile to make sure your paperwork and meds are handled. I feel they have saved my life on many occasions. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a doctor, both of these doctors are down to earth and good listeners and do their best to care for you.

I've been a patient at Skyline Medical for over 15 yrs and seeing Dr Montanez for over 10 yrs. When's he's unavailable Dr Fitzgibbons has seen me. I've always felt the Dr's and the nurse staff to be excellent, attentive and accommodating. Referrals have been solid professionals as well. I saw some negative experience reviews and know situations can occur, but I've been fortunate to never consider going to another Dr or clinic.

Dr. Fitzgibbons always takes the time to listen to you. When I call in monthly to have my scripts refilled the nurses always complete this the same day unless I call in late in the day. This is one of the best places to go, from the short time in the waiting room (5 to 15 minutes) to the knowledge of everyone working there.

I have been seeing Dr. Fitzgibbons since I was a baby. He is an excellent Doctor. He is very thorough, and takes time to listen to his patients. I would highly recommend Skyline Medical Center to anyone.

Dr Montanez did a fantastic job spending time with me and did a very thorough annual physical. After paying for blood work I was told I would be contacted one or two days later. I was told a few levels were high and reason for concern. His Nurse Lori said she would call me back as soon as the Doctor looked at them. After calling four times and getting excuses from the staff I have still not received the results. It has been almost two weeks. The Doctor may do a great Job with the patient but this clinic suffers from the staff organization and follow through.

No stars if I could.. It is like they don't want to help you. Nurses will not return your phone calls if you leave them messages. When you do get to talk to a nurse instead of trying to fix the issue right away they take days to get back to you, which implies they do not care about your health and well being.

New Dr didn't even read my chart. Said I refused to submit previous Dr records, when in fact I signed two release forms on separate occasions and past records are in current chart.
