“I was recommended by a friend who used Kirby’s to repair his Jeep! I came out, spoke to Kirby and he was really responsive and understanding of what I wanted to do with my truck. Gave me a fair estimate and shook hands. Went to pick up the truck and for anyone who pays attention to the little detail, that’s what I look for. “I have taken my Tesla here on two occasions and have been extremely pleased with Mike and his team, both with the quality of the repair and the customer service. The most recent visit was complicated due to the fact that I live over 100 miles away from Dingman's and shortly after my car accident the main battery pack on my Tesla went bad (unrelated to the accident) making the vehicle no longer driveable. Mike was great at coordinating with insurance, with Tesla (to replace the battery) and arranged to have the vehicle towed through my insurance. It was like having a concierge handle everything for me. I've never had this kind of attention elsewhere. As a Tesla owner, I felt very comfortable using Dingman's because of the volume of Teslas they repair and their close relationship with Tesla in Council Bluffs.”

“I knew right out of the gate I wanted Brunos to paint match my new fiberglass Formula Hood to the paint color on my 1970 Firebird. The problem was I had zero information to share with them on the previous paint job, no previous paint codes, no nothing! They matched my new hood perfectly, I honestly was very nervous about it, even to the point of bad dreams. But when I picked her up, I was on cloud nine! I initially got an estimate from B Street Collison who would have charged me close to 700 for a door handle replacement. I am do glad have taken my car to Crash Champions because they were friendly, fast and affordable. They didn't try to take advantage of my situation. I got a much more reasonable estimate Friday and by Tuesday was on my way. I'd recommend them to anyone.”

Ricky Tran was very helpful and did answer all my questions I did have. Ricky gave me excellent customer service and helped putting my mind at ease on the all repairs I needed. I honestly was so impressed from the moment I first called, they got me in right away, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled my repairs to get completed in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process. The receptionist was outstanding by arranging a pick up time that worked out great for me because I live out of town. I’d give Kaizen Collision Center a 5 star rating! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is your collision shop. Plus they had my Tesla shining like a star and had the interior all clean as well, wow!
