6 year old son had to pee badly. Stopped here and both bathrooms had out of order signs on the doors. Cashier said "sorry" .... Hmm? ok.. I'm sorry too. Had to pee on the side of your building. Sorry bro

Stopped in for a fountain drink. There was no customer’s inside the store and the cashier was leaning up behind the counter looking at her phone. No excuse to have such a filthy pop machine. No coffee and trash around the hotdog roller. Needless to say I skipped buying anything.

This place used to have amazing customer service... used to. The last 2 years the customer service has gone downhill faster than a wagon full of fat kids. After this evening, Doniphan Pump and Pantry has officially lost my business.

Very friendly staff, the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The coolers were full and the drinks were cold. The shelves were full and the store was well lit. Even the parking lot was clean.

They started going to pre-pay at the pump before you can get fuel here now too. Pump n dumps are becoming a fuel station I just avoid all together. Lots of water in the fuel, doesn't run well in my car, and if you have some j*** buying 100 packs of smokes, and 50 lotto tickets you have to wait forever.
