Had a 30 minute long conversation with their sales rep. Provided blueprints and followed up with her on 4 different emails and 3 different phone calls over a 4 week period Totally incompetent sales department that doesn't care and has zero technical expertise. Never did receive a quote. All of their competitors provide far superior service and get you a quote within three days. I have built several metal buildings and there are many options out there, so this is one company to avoid.
