Neighbor informed me he was getting propane and I asked if they could top me off while they were going to be right next door. They want to charge an extra 75 dollars for a short fee. Very rude on the phone about it.

Called 5 times today and stopped by because their voice mail says they are open until 12 on Saturdays. However, they are not open.

Up until today, I thought Otte Oil did a good job with request. I've had my propane tank for the last 20 years paying a $50 year rental fee, last year I inquired how much it would cost me to buy my tank and was given the figure $350 additional fee. I did not have the cash and so decided to wait till I did. Fast forward 6 months later and I had some cash but was told they want over $700 for the same 20 year old tank!!! Mhmmm....explain how that makes sense? Supply and demand?? Or new management ...you decide.

Im frustrated we had a leak after they filled our tank! We called and called and called! Becasue by 10:30 pm the smell was seeping through our house! They told us call if any problems we did left voice mails! We Never heard back from them! The coop in the town we live in had to come fix our leak as we were starting to get headaches and my ashtma flared! I take propane leaks serious a girl just died due to an explosion!!! So the fact they never even called us back really frustrates me!
