Pulled up at 9:47 pm , two workers inside and doors are locked, I have lived here for 4 years and never, I called three times, finally the third time the employee answered at 9:52 pm , I stated your doors are locked, she sighed and had the nerve to say we always lock the doors 10 til 10 pm , girl i had been out here for 7 minutes before you answered the phone. Piss poor service!!

I truly appreciate the Dollar Store. The Affordable Prices the friendly staff the convenience of the location allows finding products that are needed for a variety purposes for families and individuals who want to obtain their necessities without any problems or crowded situations. I will continue to shop at the Dollar Store in Dakota City and I am sure the community will be well served and remain satisfied customers

Cleanest Dollar General I have been to in a very long time. They are almost always stocked up on what I need. They are close to Dakota City and is either a short drive or walk over to the store.

Unfortunately, the customer service quality is very bad, to say the least. Associates are not welcoming and do not look happy to have customers at all. I would rather drive the extra time to the South Sioux location than shop here. They also do not offer receipt upon purchase. I understand this is a recently new establishment and hope something is done as I, along with many others, would greatly appreciate it!

Glad they put the store in town I go there a lot because they have what I need instead of driving to South Sioux or Sioux city the employees are nice and gives you respect I will shop there as much as I can
