I have been going to the desk 3 or 4 times a week for the last several years. There have been a few different clerks over the years but I've never had anything but a good experience with all of them.

Mail person never leaves time for me to get to the door to sign for packages before leaving. Usually have to sit on the steps Infront of my house and wait for the mail so I can sign for packages. USPS may want to hire more employees so the mail person has time to wait 30 seconds for people to answer the door.
