Our Riley was misdiagnosed and was given steroids which caused gastrointestinal bleeding. He should have been monitored for that! Every article I’ve read and other vets I’ve spoken with confirm that. We were never even warned that could happen. We lost our precious boy when he bled to death internally. We never should have taken Riley there after learning Dr. Guthmiller was not the attending veterinarian that weekend. Riley would more than likely be alive today if he had been.

I owe everything to these guys!! I’ve never had a wonderful experience in a stressful situation. I was heading back to CO from MN when my dog was having an allergic reaction. It was a holiday at 1am and nothing was open. It wasn’t until I called Sunrise Hill and Dr.Guthmiller answered!!! I was so blessed that he answered and was willing to come into the clinic at 1am and help my baby!! Thanks to him I was able to finish my journey home with my puppy!!!

A tough day, having to put my 11 year old lab down. Lynn Guthmiller was understanding, sympathetic and professional during the whole process, even letting us do the procedure in our vehicle because my dog Roscoe was in so much intense pain that we didn't want to move him any further. Thank you
