They don't follow the hours listed online or what I was told my phone earlier today. They are supposed to close at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:45 on Saturday as someone else was walking out, and the lady inside locked the door in my face and said they closed at 4:30.

My FedEx delivery driver keeps leaving packages directly in front of my garage door. When I pull out of my garage, I can't see the package because the car is higher up than the package. I have accidentally driven over three packages now. I don't understand why it is so difficult to put the package on the front porch.

I had a great experience here today, thanks to Jill! She was super helpful and friendly. I was returning a large rug and she helped me wrap it up securely so it wouldn't get damaged. I wasn't looking forward to coming here after reading some of the reviews but glad I did! Thanks again for your great customer service Jill!

The rudest customer service lady. The one with the curly hair. She ignored the information I gave her and instead was highly condescending, and tried to "teach" me how to ship a package. Honey I ship at least 10 packages a day for the past two year of running my business I do not need a lesson. After her eye rolling and talking over me, she STILL messed up. And printed my full information on the packages to customers when it's supposed to be coming from my business. Her solution was then to use a market to cross out the info I didn't want shown. How tacky. And now my customers are receiving a package with bulky white wrapping and her scribbles- great. Never come here if you want to be treated like a normal person and have your packages go out as nicely as you brought them in. Yikes!
