Review for Google: Ray's Used Cars
I couldn't be happier with the buying and service work that I have experienced at Ray's Used Cars in Cortland NE. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Ray's and I have referred my son there who also seems to be equally pleased with the treatment he received in purchasing and servicing his vehicle.
They don't have a large inventory — they are a small, family run business, however, there's nothing "small" about the way they go about serving their customers! If they don't have just what you're looking for on their lot, my experience has been they will succeed in finding just what you want and at a very reasonable price!
It appears to me that they stay very busy providing a high quality service with high customer satisfaction in the automotive business! I also happen to know that some people travel quite a distance to do business with them and many of the bigger businesses or institutions (e.g. schools) in the region go through them to find vehicles for their specific needs — that says a lot in itself, to me.
I can't tell you how thankful I am to deal with people like Ray and JoAnn Vrbka along with their son, Jerry (who, by the way, appears to do an excellent job of staying up-to-date with the ever changing technology by taking time out to attend the latest automotive classes, such as computer and scanner training) and their daughter, Jen (who appears to be well prepared to take over for Joanne whenever she should decide to retire). Over the years I have found that they are all hard-working people that treat people fairly and that we can trust (yes, even Ray!?). And that seems difficult to find in this world today — especially in the car business.
This may sound too good to be true but this is an honest review and I sincerely mean every word and I am thankful to have discovered Ray's Used Cars and the fact that I always have them to go back to and refer my love ones to!
