“Christie Tyler and Jarod were all very pleasant professional and knowledgeable about the issues with my car. They diagnosed saying it may or may not need certain work...and in the end needed less work than they thought. My car rides so smooth now I cannot believe the difference! I truly appreciate your professionalism but equally as much your honesty! So good to know of a place I can trust not to "take me for a ride" because I'm a woman. You are all awesome.

“This place is on point. Had the family and vehicle loaded down to leave for Labor Day weekend. At 7:30am on Saturday we go to leave and our tire is flat. Gaver Tire had us on the road in 20 minutes!”
“I was heading back home to Kansas and I thought my tire shop in Kansas had put the wrong rim on my car(warped rim) but it was the right rim but, it was wobbly when I’d brake…. come to find out the tire balance wasn’t done properly and pomp’s tire did the balance correctly, on a was walk in basis and it was done in a matter of 30 mins, but without checking on tht rim I wouldn’t have known that the tire balance wasn’t done right. So I appriciate the good work they did, otherwise it would have thrown my alignment out and worn my tires down long before it should have! If it wasn’t for pomp’s tire I would have never known the balance wasn’t done properly! I will definitely go back if I need anything with my tires! Workers were very polite and understanding and got me in right away!

“Last summer I went to a few other places in Columbus with some questions about my vehicle and no one had any intelligent answers until I stopped at Columbus Tire they really knew their stuff and got me taken care.
