Horrible service every time. I can't wait until their business fails. I will try contacting FedEx to let them know, because I like FedEx and they should have decent representation in town.

Terrible service. Rude people and horrible prices. They get away with it since they're the only FedEx drop off location in town. Next closest is Norfolk. Unfortunately you're stuck doing business with them if you don't want to drive 45miles. Another reason why FedEx needs improvement.
