I stop in here alot and have for the last 15 years . Usually it's good but they have a new employee who not only summoned a bugger from her nose just to spit it out in front of me all the while she's behind the counter

I was here for 3 days partially because I was on a 34 hour reset but also just waiting for a load. The staff makes you feel welcome, the staff at Apple barrel goes way above and beyond, super clean, well stocked, great selection, will definitely be back the next time I come through!

First time in one of stores for starters. Nice products but service was rude and absolutely clueless about anything in store and all she could say was I'm not from this store. Regardless she should know something. Was trying to purchase a skull other things but decided not to after the rudeness of staff.

Shower was dirty and fan didn’t work. Elevator doesn’t work either. I called down to the front desk to switch shower. I can’t go upstairs very easily. I would have to go back downstairs then back up them.I will say the restaurant experience was top notch.

Very unprofessional staff, can’t believe they let them just talk on their personal phone while working.Went in to use the restroom on August 26, there was a man mopping and blocking the whole hallway. He was on his phone (while working) talking to someone in Spanish, he was staring at me when I walked in and continued to stare at me as I walked into the bathroom so I thought he was talking to me and it really creeped me out.

As a regular customer, im so disappointed in the restaurant, your Waitress Jasmine is very disrespectful!!! I came in for a meal and cold drink, tables full of dirty dishes and only 4 customers were there, I asked her to wipe my table down, gave a snotty nod to me, asked for a unsweetened tea, received a sweet tea, asked her to give me a second to finish my phone conversation, that was the very last time she came by my table, I sat there over an hour waiting for her to come take my food order and refill my glass, but it NEVER happened, so I get up and go pay for my wrong ordered tea, and her attitude is worse then it was when I came in, this is why I literally refuse to leave her a tip, her attitude is always snotty and rude when I'm here, but being a truck driver, my places to go with a semi is very limited. All the other Waitress are constantly on the move to make sure customers are taken care of, Jasmine could careless, and its not just towards me, I see her doing to everyone, she always disappears, and goes on the other side of the seating area and sits back there where noone can see her. Used to love coming here, but if a customer can't get service, it's useless anymore. Please post Jasmine hours and days she works, ill never come back here to eat as long as she's the Waitress. I have pictures proving how she sits around chit-chating with the other Waitress that was about to clock off and leave. I had to finally give up and leave so I could go eat somewhere else.
