“Amber did an outstanding job of helping her customers! We were in and out within an hour. We had stopped at the other US cellular store and they had 4 people in line. After we had been here for 30 minutes one of the people standing in line at the other place showed up. She started to multi-task and did a great job!”
“This is a Corporate store, so if you want the promo deals come to this one, the other store in town doesn't give you the same deals. I did have an appointment at this store the other day to upgrade our phones, and they didn't have the phone that I wanted even though they said two days prior they had plenty of them which is why I didn't have them save me one, "which is what I should have done" but either way, this is by far the best US Cell store in town.”

“Friendly staff. The store is understaffed for sure. After purchasing an IPhone, I was told Apple Watch would be “free” but would have to pay the monthly service fee. After I found out I was stuck on this monthly fee for 3 years, I did not want it anymore. They followed policy which would charge restocking fee without me or the product leaving the store! After complaining , they did the right thing. However, please don’t charge restocking fees if the product does not leave the store( I didn’t even touch it)!”
