We have been customers of this pharmacy for more than ten years. There are a few very kind, patient and wonderful people whom we appreciate and recognize for their good work over time, but it is very unfortunate that there are also very unempathetic and unkind people there. Those few sadly make a difference for the worse. They should be interested in lovingly taking care of the business, given that there are other options in the city and it would be absurd to let long-standing clients go. Be kind, your clients need it!Thanks to the rest. You know who you are!

I called a few days ago asking about a prescription that I couldn't get at my pharmacy in a different town. Shirley answered and helped me, and let me tell you.....I was so impressed with her attitude, helpfulness and how friendly she was!! I live 45 miles from this pharmacy and went to pick up my prescription today. She was working and I got to meet her in person. Hyvee Pharmacy in Columbus, you are very fortunate to have Shirley working there. I will be calling her again next month to have her help me again! A++++ employee she definitely is!

Advertised services not available but no posting anywhere in the store that services arent available. Wanted to pick up a Western Union wire transfer last week & was told they couldnt do it. This week their USPS service is unavailable. The employees behind the counter offer no alternative options & act like they dont know where things are in the town they live in!! Getting to be as terrible as Walmart lately!

I placed an ordered for pick up on Thursday 3 days ago. Probably the worst experience I have ever had, my “personal shopper “ I would have to say was probably the laziest person I could of came across. On my list was four tubes of ground Turkey, I get a text from Joni telling me they were out of the tubes, ok fine do you have any other Turkey I was advised no. I absolutely love Hy-Vee! I'm disabled and they have been amazing at getting my medication and groceries delivered to my home while unable to leave. I purchased the Hy-Vee Plus card as a Christmas present to myself and it's the best gift I could give myself. Hy-Vee employees have gone above and beyond in helping me with what I need. I highly recommend Hy-Vee and I also recommended purchasing yourself a Hy-Vee Plus card. Thank you Hy-Vee for all you do!!

Thank you so much today for the young gentlemen on helping me find the ice melt. It was in a box outside. Then the cashier went and got a bag cause couldn’t find it in the system for her to ring up. Everyone was very helpful today.

I still recommend the store however the lines have been awful. I want to make a quick stop and it turns into 30 minute stop for one item. Supervisors are just pacing like they have no idea what to do. This is disappointing.

Enjoying the growing number of whole30 and sweetener/sugar-free items at the Health Market. Shellie the manager of the department is wonderful for listening and acting on suggestions. I no longer have to plan a trip to omaha for certain grocery items!

I got flowers for a funeral and they was the worse flower arrangement I have ever seen. looked like all they did was shove babybreaths and the Rose's in a vase and said good enough. poor quality and the manager all she said was I'm sorry acted like she didnt care.

Paid $10 for this. Not very happy. Also on said pizza it was supposed to be .10 fuel saver, and had to go stand in line at customer service for 10 mintes for her to not believe me and have to call the Italian Express.
