He worked quickly with my insurance company to provide them what they needed. I got most of my belongings out of the car before I left, anticipating repairs. Ultimately my insurance company totaled the vehicle. Chad went the extra mile to take the remaining items from my car and mail them to me. Really appreciate the customer service, especially being 5 hours from home!”
