My boyfriend has been ordering flowers thru this flower shop and by the 2nd day the roses are pretty much dead. This is the arrangement I got as you can. Tell one of the roses is pretty much wilted. I threw away two flowers away this morning. I received this on Friday I have received flowers from different flower shops and they have lasted longer.

Don't know what happened this time but the flowers my mom received for her 75th birthday from her son way down in Texas, were pretty much dead. Huge arrangement of sunflowers, Rose's and hydrangea with greenery. 6 sunflowers and only 1 was decent. Tge others were hanging and petals either all fallen or actively falling. The roses were crispy and dead on outer edges...all of them. The hydrangea was stuffed way down low underneath everything else. Very disappointed this time. They are usually very nice. I hope they will do something to rectify this terrible service or my brother will find another florist. He orders twice a year normally.

Beautiful store! I love to go in and see how they have everything displayed, to come up with new ideas for decorating (especially with plants). It also the perfect place to stop for gifts.

I ordered a specific bouquet & was told it was available. Even though the shop is a short distance from the delivery destination it couldn't be picked up, but had to be delivered. The cost for delivery & fees was about $22. The worst part was the bouquet was nothing like I ordered. I am still waiting for a satisfactory solution to their mistake. But I wouldn't recommend Blossom to anyone unless you are ok with any kind of flowers they choose to put in a bouquet & it will be a surprise. ☹$22.The flowers were nothing like I ordered.The pric

We ordered a bouquet and statue for friends suffering a loss to be delivered to the church. Always a little bit nerve wracking to do things like this when you don’t live in the same town and aren’t familiar with the church or funeral home, especially when you need to place the order online on a Sunday unable to speak to someone. We are very happy with our experience. Our purchase not only got where it needed to go on time, but our friend sent a picture and it is beautiful.

What a lovely and professional staff. I accidentally ordered flowers for my SIL thinking I was ordering in Columbus, OH. I received a call letting me know that I had ordered from Columbus, NE. The staff was so awesome and took care of getting my order forwarded to OH where my SIL did in fact receive her flowers! Awesome customer service!!

Shop is beautiful but my Mom recently received a bouquet for her Birthday that was not too impressive. When she called 2 days later to let them know the flowers were already wilted, they were quite rude. They did send someone to replace a few of the flowers and in a couple days those were wilting too. Not a great experience!
