He was super kind and friendly and made sure we got back on the road even though he was super busy with scheduled clients. He also didn't price gouge us considering he was our only option. We ended up making it to Tennessee without any other hiccups.”

Had wheel bearing fail on truck late Friday afternoon on trip from Ohio to western Colorado. Was towed to nearest NAPA store parking lot in Julesburg, CO. All repair shops were fully booked so bought parts and tools do the repair. NAPA didn’t have a bearing puller in stock so couldn’t complete the repair.
I explained my situation to the Bent Wrench Garage. About 6:00PM Saturday, after working for a full day, they appeared with a bearing puller and quickly removed the bearing and declined payment. It should be mentioned that they did this kindness in the dark, in the rain and during a high wind warning.
