We were told (by Brisa) what our monthly bill would be, but she was $55 off. Now we are stuck with a bill that is out if our budget. They are very very nice people but beware of deception and hidden fees.Response to Viaero response: this wasnt a “misunderstanding”; this is flat-out deception. If you truly want to help, then adjust my bill.
