The truck was okay, had it for a couple months and paint started peeling. He did a quick cover up paint job to sale fast. You can tell he didn’t even sand it.

I recently assisted my mom in purchasing a car from this dealership. Before making the drive from Scottsbluff to Chadron, I called the dealership multiple times to inquire about various vehicles. Every person I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and willingly addressed all my questions. They went above and beyond by assisting in getting the purchased car to Gering, where my mom lives. The dealership offered a fair price, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend buying a car from them if you're in the market.

The girl that answers the phone at this used car lot is very rude my boyfriend and I called about a chevy venture van they had on their website and she was very short and rude and didn't give us a chance to speak told us it was sold and then hung up on us would not recommend this car lot if you want good friendly customer service experience and enviroment

Called first thing in the morning about a vehicle they had for sale ,and the kind lady I spoke to on the phone said she would hold it for me as we were coming from out of town. She held true to her word and we are now the happy owners of a very clean, mechanically sound vehicle, and for a extremely fair price! Zero complaints here! The vehicle was exactly as advertised! we will definitely be recommending this dealership to family and friends!! Thank you ATM you all have been a life saver. We wish you many more successful years in business.

Friendly enough, purchase price was not great but decent for what it appeared to be. Trying to be fair here... but having to get a transmission rebuilt within a few weeks of purchase is bad enough. Contacting them about the issue & only getting a "Sorry about that"... just doesn't sit well. I paid their asking price but I'm sure they made nothing off the deal, right? You decide for yourself but just be careful!

Called the dealership at 9:12 AM regarding a vehicle they’ve advertised on their website. I was told it was sold but there is an identical one available that’s currently in the shop. The person I was talking to said she’s call me as soon as it’s out of the shop and ready for sell. I called in again at 9:56 AM asking if I could pay a deposit or send someone in for them to hold the vehicle for me. I was told they don’t take deposits and I should just wait until it’s available. At 2:36 PM, I called to check if the vehicle was ready, I was told they’re holding it for someone that’ll show up after 4:30 PM. I sent someone in at 4:35 PM, he was told, someone from Michigan has paid for the car and it’s no longer available. Super unprofessional. Looks like someone else had the same experience.

Dirty inside and out. Can atleast detail before advertising. Even the motor just filthy. Prices too high for the condition the vehicles are in. No "Haggle" price.. So they want top dollar yet you have to pay to get all the defects fixed. Plus do a thorough cleaning.

I bought a car and it started stalling out on me the day after I bought it I took it back to have them fix it but it broke down not even a few weeks after I bought it and multiple things wrong with it we replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump and the ignition control module and it still won’t start so be careful they will sell you a lemon!

Have purchased at least a dozen vehicles from Bob and its the only choice for a person who isn't spending mommy and daddys money. This place is for a working person that needs a great deal on a inexpensive ride.
