“The staff was incredibly helpful. The facility was very clean and well organized. They pretty much had everything you need for shipping and office needs. Everything was clean and easy to find. Today I was picking up a package that I had directly shipped to there. The hours were convenient for me to pick it up after I got off work. The location is super convenient and easy to locate. I would easily recommend them to friends and family.”
“While I think all the UPS Stores in Omaha and metro area are great, this is my local one and I can't say enough great things about this location and the store manager. They have always gone above and beyond to help me when I needed it or was running late to mail a package they always let me come in last minute to drop off all my dreaded Amazon returns, lol. The manager is very friendly and always has a smile even if her day is also going absolutely un according to plan. I'm grateful they are here”

My Mail Box place HERE entered the wrong zip (and I didn't notice) so my package went to 68028 instead of 68025 where it should have gone. The woman who helped me on the phone could not have been more kind or helpful and was forwarding my package on to where it should have gone to begin with. TY for your stellar service!”
