Jonathan and Brandon from O'Reilly's in Broken Bow, NE helped get my suv back on the road after discovering 3 of 5 stem lugs and nuts were missing on our passenger rear rim on a late Saturday afternoon. Would have had to wait until Monday for service shops to open, but instead, with their guidance, I was able to remove and replace them in a couple of hours. Being 4 hrs from home, this was huge. Thank you for your professionalism and help. 5 stars!”
