Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They accepted me as a walk-in to set up a very complicated estate account, and got it all done quite quickly, even when they had to bring in the branch manager and get corporate on the phone a few times.

My daughter went to this branch to with draw money from her account. Her brother and dad deposit their paychecks into her account. So she went to get some of the money out the lady told her ok and asked how much and gave her a slip then the lady was scrolling through her account and said i cant give you the money simce we dont know who this other person is. She said it was her dad and the lady said i am sorry we cant because we have never seen his signature. Well FYI if people use your mobile banking app you wont see there signature either. And why wouldnt you give someone the money outta their own account when the money is there and all payroll checks have cleared. Wow since i also have a checking account with Wells Fargo i am rethinking this bank. I told her to close down her account.

Our cards have fraud. Both at the same time. Ordered new cards. My husband got his. My card with the most fraud in it still has not even been shipped S? WHY

Horrible customer service, especially from Monica... I got a car loan there almost 15 years ago N paid it off within a year or so, I got the tittle but left it in my storage after I moved... N now that I need it to change my licence plates over to South Dakota ?I called N talked to Monica so she could release the lien on my car so the c9urt could send me a copy of my tittle N she said "I can't do that Veronica!" (Very rudely) and she told me to go to my storage N get my tittle (knowing that my car has expired license plates!
