Sort your reviews by most recent people! My wife and I went here 3 times to try and get our phone upgraded.
Trip 1 went well (or so I thought), agent was nice, went over our options, told us about loyalty offers we didn't know about, but she had to order the phones, sure we will come back another day when they are in.
Trip 2, TOTAL NIGHTMARE! Spent 3 hours at the store, we were there 30 minutes after close. In that whole time, all they did was get our old phone disconnected (which through the horror of problems they asked me for multiple bits of info that I needed my phone for which was now out of service) both agents were totally clueless on how to get our accounts activated. Had to leave after having the new phones on for less than a minute after watching them go back and forth with Verizon. My wife and kids are dinner in our car cause again this whole thing took 3 hours. Whatever, we setup the new devices ourselves and were told we have 30 days to return the old ones.
Trip 3, post our next Verizon bill, literally everything the agents promised was a lie! Charged 4x and 6x what the monthly for the phones should have been, discounts ls weren't applied, charged for "set up and go" fees from Victra who didn't do anything the manager said that charge was for, I was told it was the upgrade fee when I paid it, before seeing it on my Verizon bill. Manager refused refund for completely fraud charges and made excuses for the other mistakes. Then tried to bait and switch our trade in offers after all of this.
Total time spent in all 3 visits was 4 hours, they refusedfraudulent charges, and I have yet to see if their latest promises on fixing my Verizon bill will be fixed, they also lied about in store discounts. Go to a real Verizon
Almost forgot, the manager I spoke to on my 3rd trip accepted a cash tip from the creepy old dude before me! After saying no initially she says quote, "I mean if you leave it then. . .". He left it, she grabbed it.
