I began working at STS in 2011 and enjoyed the job a great deal. One of best places I have ever driven for. I had to leave because of situations in my personal life. The management,guys in the shop,and the drivers,were all easy to talk to.

Dewayne, the dispatcher, is an insufferable man that looks for every reason to dismantle the driver's moral. Working for that man was the single worst time in my 16 years of being a driver. Horrible experience!

Dewayne the dispatcher is very difficult to deal with and looks for any reason to write a driver up. I believe that his hateful disposition is due to his personal life, which spills over into his professional life. It would be a wonderful environment if not for him. But, he's there and many drivers have left because of his treacherous attitude, including myself. This man is the only complaint I have about this company.
