I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.

Convenient overnight key drop (small form to fill out - asks for vehicle VIN), great communication, and friendly customer service.If you need to use the overnight key drop you might want to bring a pen. The night we dropped our car off it was really cold outside and the 2 pens in the dropbox didn’t want to work.

Our truck broke down and was towed to them from Omaha. Mark now our service rep, handled everything from the beginning to end! We are originally from California.
