“After working all night found a bolt in my tire, called around to several tire stores and all said it wouldn’t be till the afternoon before they could get to it so tried to limp it home, right down the street was Longs OK Tire store, so I stopped and asked if he could fix it and they jumped right on it and got me back on the road….BIG 5 STARS IN MY BOOK. All the workers were very nice and courteous….Thank You Longs OK Tire store.”
“I originally visited Smitty's in need of alternator repair, which a hard task being the placement is heavily buried under the hood. Upon later investigation they realized that I had lost a belt, and in fact the alternator still worked fine. After he double checked I was charged a couple hundred instead of the initial estimate of 1400. The mechanics and the office staff were more then kind and very honest. I would definitely recommend Smitty's”
“We had an excellent experience taking both of our cars into Buds! It’s such a relief to find a mechanic we can trust being new in town. Bud and his wife Teri went above and beyond to get our cars fixed up quickly and for a really affordable price. Teri sent us a handwritten note in the mail to thank us for our business the first time we came in, and the second time she personally picked me up from my house so I could get my car and not have to take a taxi. I highly recommend them and I’m so thankful we found Buds! They are one of a kind. 10/10 fantastic service and kind people we can trust! Thank you!!”
“We were very unfortunate to have our drive line break about ten miles from Woodhouse Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Blair, NE. We used 4X4 to limp to the dealership.
Weston was our service advisor and we can’t say enough good things about him in this review. We ended up staying for three days while they did the work and got the parts in. Weston made sure that we were taken care of from the beginning to the end. Everything from a loaner car to keeping us updated as the repair was being made. I would highly recommend Woodhouse CJDR for anyone passing through because I am sure that the locals already know that they are a stand up business.”
“Bob is great. He is quick and reasonably priced. I have him service my transmissions and he also has rebuilt a transmission for me for my 64 Ford Galaxie 500. In my opinion he's the best in Blair, NE.”
“I visited Country Tire today because I was helping friends Troy and Beth Wakefield who's home was hit by the recent Blair Tornado and they had gotten a flat tire on the trailer we were using for cleanup. Chris the manager was kind enough to first of all get me in immediately to repair the flat tire with a patch but 5 minutes later the tech informed us that the hole was in the sidewall and couldn't be patched. Chris went through the warehouse and found us another brand new tire and said that Country Tire would pay for the tire. It is hard to find companies like Country Tire in today's world and just as hard to find workers like Chris that truly care about customers. We would have had to cut the day short if Country Tire didn't help us out !!!!!!! Thank you”
“I recently had a service appointment and did not have a good experience. I had a question after I had checked my vehicle in so I came to the service desk and the representative ignored me. He told me that he was going to help someone else. So I went back to the waiting area hoping he will come and get me to address my question. It was not until the service was completed that he came to get me with the paperwork and asked me to sign.”
“From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a young lady. She took my info and showed me the way to the waiting lounge. While waiting, lots of employees walked through for coffee and snacks. One even asked me if I needed anything. Thought that was very nice. Had enough points for free oil change too. It's a great drive from Omaha to Blair.”

“Major shout out to Shotwell Glass here in Blair! They came highly recommended by many of you here as we wanted to use someone local and close to the hometown. Our van took a baseball to the windshield over the weekend at a game in Omaha. Sunday evening at almost 8pm, Abby Whitney went over the top by going into the office (on a holiday weekend), to get a quote done for us. She got the glass ordered and got us on the books for replacement asap for the time that worked for us during our crazy busy schedule (7 kids, all 13 and under). Honestly, the price was amazing, the service was amazing, and I’ll forever be going there for every glass need in the future and will highly recommend them for anyone that ever asks for somewhere to go for help with glass. “Very good experience, fast service, fair price! Cristy is the best, she took good care of the drivers, she drove them to the hotel and back, when truck got fixed. After week or so, we got call from Cristy with question "how the truck running and are we satisfied"... “After getting the runaround at a couple of dealerships in the Omaha and surrounding area, I decided to give Sid Dillon in Blair, NE a call. I was forwarded to Nolan (Sales Manager) who listened to what I was looking for and later that same day forwarded me info on a Chevy Trailblazer that had a lot of the amenities I was looking for. A couple of days later, I stopped into the dealership to look at a couple of Trailblazers of different trim levels and was greeted by Jim Hall. He was patient and answered all my questions. We finalized the terms of a lease that same day and I picked up my new vehicle a couple of days later. Nolan, Jim and Dave (finance) restored my faith that there are dealerships out there that put the customer and their experience first - no games, no high pressure tactics. The most impressive thing about Sid Dillon in Blair is how everyone pitched in to help - truly a team/family atmosphere. This is the first Chevy I have ever leased - hopefully many more to come!
