My daughter bought a used car 9 months ago and the transmission needs to be replaced. She asked if they could help her out by giving her trade-in to replace the current car. The salesman said "what good would that do, we'd both have a car that doesn't run" I think he handled that terribly! Said they could replace the transmission for $5000 but never Said if it was new, used or rebuilt. I wouldn't trust this dealership, very poor customer service!! They need to be reported. If you ask me they knew that transmission was on its way out and sold to an unsuspecting young woman. She still owes on her loan for a car that doesn't run!!!

My wife and I had a really good experience car shopping at Bennington Auto Sales. Brad was easy going, knowledgeable, and respected our budget. The owner, Stan, cut us a good deal on a Jeep, doing a bunch of repairs but keeping the same price. They seemed motivated to help us find the right car for us, not just get us off the lot with whatever expensive car they could. If you're hunting for a used car around the Omaha area definitely stop by and check out their options!

We have used Bennington Auto multiple times for service and always found them to be fair and honest. We have purchased 2 cars from them and again found them to be honest and fair in pricing. We stopped in to see about an suv for myself and was greeted by the owner Dallas who was so extremely nice. He wasn’t pushy at all asked us a few questions of what we were looking for and when I told my husband let’s think it over he was so polite about giving us his card and saying thank you for coming in. The dealership felt really comfortable to be in and not the pushy you have to buy this car right now type! No matter if I decide not to get the suv I was looking at I will have him find me what I’m specifically looking for that’s how comfortable he made me feel. Also HUGE bonus points they have a black lab dealership dog who greets you with a handshake ?

Great experience working with Dallas! In shopping for used cars, I always get a second-shop opinion. In this case my appointment with the other shop was an hour out. Dallas said he would take the vehicle to the shop (it wasn't far away), have the shop call me with the results and I could call him back to discuss. He followed through just as he said he would. The car checked out great but, due to a change in plans on my part, I didn't end up buying it. Dallas was most gracious when I informed him of this and said to let him know if he could help me in the future. He was friendly, no-pressure and went way above-and-beyond in helping me. I would definitely come back for future needs and highly recommend them!

I called Bennington Auto Sales and spoke to Dallas, one of the owners, about a truck they had on the lot. He was very knowledgeable, quick to offer to have me come look at it even though it would be later in the business hours, and even agreed to take my motorcycle in a trade. I showed up right before close and he was ready for me, walked me through the truck and handed me the keys for a test drive. Both owners stayed 30 minutes late to get the paperwork sorted on everything and made sure I had any questions answered and told me to call anytime since it was all so quick. There were no surprises, no pressure, and the entire process was very quick and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy anything from Bennington Auto Sales, they have a great operation, work hard for their customers, and treat everyone very well. I've had less than good luck in buying from big name outfits before, and the level of service I received from Bennington Auto Sales after a 2 minute phone call was more than I've ever had in a car buying experience. Check this place out, they have well serviced vehicles at a great price, are fair with trade in prices, and will go out of their way to work with you.

I had bought my 2013 ford f150 fx4 from them and they sold me a lemon, I wasn’t having any problems with my truck until about the first of the new yr fixed one thing and another thing broke I will never be buying cars from them again, and now I’m unfortunately out of a vehicle bc it broke down
