“I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

He was polite and professional, and based on other reviews of this bank, this branch seems to have the customer service and amenities necessary to keep one coming here. Only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because of certain little things like having to press the intercom just to enter the lobby (I understand security concerns but I have banked at places that don't have this feature) or other minor stuff that doesn't really affect the bottom line.”

When using Zelle in the app I have samsung s23 plus phone but cannot confirm my landlord do to the way the app is setup, I've shown a member of the bank the issue as well, I had to get a cashier check instead of using the convenience of Zelle. I hope you guys can resolve this isdue.”

“I opened an account at this specific bank because I looked up reviews for all the local banks in the area and most of them, even the smaller chains, had numerous lousy reviews. I don't even bother with the mega banks as customer service is practically non existent at most of them, and this is about as far as you can get away from that! The reviews definitely make a difference, as I was told by the nice woman helping me set up my account that they typically rely on word of mouth from customers and I was one of the rare few to come without any prior knowledge from a current customer!”
